L O Profile receives Communicator Awards

L•O PROFILE Magazine (NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED ) wins Communicator Awards for 2010.
Lake Ozark, M0- L•O PROFILE magazine is proud to announce that it has recently been awarded three Communicator Awards giving recognition to several areas within the magazine. Titles awarded to L•O PROFILE are: Award of Excellence for Overall Design, Award of Distinction for Copy/Writing and Award of Distinction for Consumer Magazine.
The Award of Excellence is the Communicator Awards’ highest honor. It is given to entries that have shown that their ability to communicate is among the best in their field. The Award of Distinction is given to entries that exceed the industry standards. Winning entries are selected by the International Academy of the Visual Arts.
“As publisher, I enter magazine industry contests to find out how and where we need to improve,” says Missy Martinette Hills, Publisher and owner of Studio M Publishing, LLC and L•O PROFILE magazine. “I want to not only provide a quality magazine for our readers and advertisers, but also make sure we are keeping up with and matching industry standards through quality journalism. With a lot of hard work from the PROFILE staff, we are exceeding those standards and I am very proud of the work we are doing.”
L•O PROFILE magazine is in its fourth year of publishing at the Lake of the Ozarks. It publishes bimonthly and has a distribution of 8,500 copies statewide. Studio M Publishing, LLC has been awarded international recognition based on its Design and Writing and as an Overall Consumer Magazine by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, Mar-Com Marketing and Communicators Association and the Missouri Association of Publications.
